RIM-Resin Injection Moulding

The ATS RIM department can cater for parts up to 2500mm in length with a maximum shot capacity of approximately 5000gms, typical parts produced include Front & Rear Bumpers, Centre Consoles and a variety of internal non-visual parts for the Automotive industry.

As well as moulding RIM parts ATS also offers a full clean-up service including sandblasting & painting of parts in our in-house spray booth along with any other sub-assembly worked required.

Tooling can be manufactured  from Model-Board for low volume, Resin for medium volumes and Aluminium for high volumes of parts all manufactured within the ATS Group allowing us to control the process from Design through to final delivery of parts to the customer.
