PU-Foam Moulding

Using our Low Pressure Canon PU Foam moulding machine we can produce a wide variety of parts either from solid foam or overmoulded onto Injection Moulded or RIM substrates.

A variety of foam densities can be catered for according to part design and customer requirements.

Parts produced range from small armrest substrates up-to full Instrument Panels and tooling can be manufactured in-house from either Resin or Aluminium.
