Painting and Printing

Recent investment in a purpose designed & built spray booth has now extended the ATS ability to supply finished & painted parts,

The spray booth measuring some 7m x 4m x 3m high has rear extraction with tunnel air flow boosted by powerful centrifugal fans and a fully modulating gas burner to deliver enhaced levels of air-flow and excellent temperature uniformity throughout the entire booth cabin and the built-in "Flash-Off" mode reduces flash-off times for modern water based paints.

1300 lux level lighting allows parts to be easily inspected so as to ensure consistent quality levels and colour matching.

To compliment the injection moulding and painting processes ATS also offers a Pad Printing service allowing us to supply fully finished components complete with logo's etc.
