Aircraft Mock Up Engineering.

One of the areas that stands ATS out amongst our competitors is the level of engineering support we can offer, from simple bi-fold mechanisms to full seat mechanisms, with our automotive machinery background our on-site electrical engineers and electronics programmers we are able to offer full functionality models with HMI controls, integrated RGBW lighting  and working monitors. We are also working with various production manufacturers assisting with design support on mechanisms and structure.

Full cabin interior models can be created from supplied aircraft manufacturers master data and new interior designs. Models can be manufactured in sections for the ease of transport and a variety of structures are used including basic timber up-to full steel construction dependant upon the models end use, models can be used for design verification, PDR/CDR sign-off, show models or crew training.

 Interiors can be supplied with a variety of levels of finish including full mood lighting, aircraft finishes, functional seats, working galleys, mock-up lavatories full aircraft seat tracks and working monitors,

These models can be installed anywhere in the world using our skilled team of on-site engineers including a full logistics package and a comprehensive project management programme.

 Clients includes a variety of  Airlines, Aircraft manufacturers, Design Consultants & Interior Suppliers.
