Medical & Packaging Automation

ATS design, develop & manufacture a number of automation cells bespoke to the Medical & Packaging industries.

Packaging automation by its very nature requires extremely fast cycling machinery that can run 24/7 without any stoppages, over the years ATS have installed many such production cells including Wad Insertion machines, in-mould & out of mould cap closing systems and aerosol insertion machines for many of Europes leading packaging manufacturers.

Medical automation equipment has been supplied, mainly to the contact lense manufacturing industry, and has included Lense De-Gating & sorting machines and a complete cell designed to remove & hydrate lenses prior to being blister packed. Our Medical equipemnt has been exported and installed worldwide to destinations such as Mexico & Peurto-Rico.

All automation equipment is fully designed using the latest in CAD software and includes the complete working environment & personell in position allowing our customers to gain a full understanding of the function and ergonomics of the cell prior to manufacture.

All of our equipment is fully CE accredited and comes complete with installation, training & support.
