ATS can offer a variety of production line automation ranging from simple hand operated assembly equipment up to entire production cells dependant upon customers requirements and budget.

All equipment is designed using the latest 3-D CAD software which enables our engineers to present fully functional models including workspace ergonomics and environments this giving our customers the ability to make changes at design stage rather than upon installation.

Previous projects have included Bonding jigs for Automotive assembly, Robot Trimming cells for vac formed parts, Bladder Wrapping machines, end of line inspection with camera detection, in process labelling & punching/cropping equipment.

Our team of dedicated installation and maintenance engineers can offer fully supported installation, training and servicing of any equipment that we supply, all equipment can be supplied with full CE Certification, operating manuals, critical spares lists and are fully supported by our project team throughout manufacture.
