For
the rapid manufacture of high quality models
with good surface finish and high accuracy.
Ideal for intricate thin walled parts, available
in 3-5 days. Disadvantage, parts can be brittle
and clips will not function as designed |

SLS Models |
 |
Models
produced in duraform, nylon and glass filled
nylon, offering high temperature resistance
and good all round robust, functional parts.
The model finish is not as good as a SLA and
we would not advise this route if the A surface
finish was important. |

Fuse Deposition Models |
 |
Used
to produce real ABS & Polycarbonate parts,
which are strong and have good surface finish.
Sections can be as thin as 1mm. Parts are
ideal for testing fit and function. Surface
finish not as good as SLA parts but better
than SLS. |

CNC Models |
 |
Manufactured
from a wide variety of materials, CNC models
can cover from machined plastic parts through
to full cube models for testing, research
& evaluation. Utilising one of 12 fully
integrated 3+2 axis CNC Machines, with Digital
controls, integral tool changers & a capacity
up to 3500mm x 1500mm 1000mmm in a single
block. Used as a modular block, the size can
be much greater. The CNC model can then be
utilised to create resin laminate parts, RIM
tooling, vacuum Form tooling, patterns and
master models. |
