Through
investment in the latest high speed machining
centres and the utilisation of tooling grade
Aluminium we have been able to manufacture
production quality mould tools in less than
3 weeks, this coupled with our own injection
moulding facility with machines between 35t
& 550t results in a very much reduced
development timescale.

Mould tools
have been designed & manufactured for
the Automotive, White-Goods, Electronics,
Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical Industries
from the basic single cavity cold fed “Open
& Shut” type to highly complex multi-cavity
mould tools with complex Hot-Runner systems
and a variety of internal movements.
Tools can be manufactured up-to a maximum
tool weight of 6 tonnes and can be sampled
at our In-House mould sampling facility.

Aluminium Alloys have been manufactured by
ATS along with the accompanying Press Trimming
Tooling and machining fixtures, wherever possible
we would like to be involved in the design
process as early as possible so that we can
propose modifications that may result in costly
post casting machining operations being eliminated. |
