Despite massive investment in Technology ATS has also retained its traditional skill set in the manufacture of precision hand crafted master models, these can be manufactured from a variety of raw materials including Clay, Timber, Modelboard and the more modern craftable plastic materials, typical projects have included clay styling models for vehicle interior and exterior bucks, Aircraft interiors and show models.

Using our extensive range of  3 & 5-axis machining centres machined models can be manufactured up-to 5m x 2.5m and supplied in a variety of materials from composite modelboard up-to Aluminium,, recent projects have included exterior body verification models for the automotive industry, fully equippped and functional aircraft interior cabin modules.

Our in-house paint spraying facility allows us to supply fully completed models in a variety of finishes and can house models up to 7m x 4m.
