High Speed Machining

Understanding the need to reduce lead times to production, ATS UK has invested in advanced high speed machining centres and the tooling required to maximise their benefits.

Cavity and core forms can be cut directly into fully hardened tool steel extremely rapidly, and processed to a very high surface finish, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming EDM and polishing techniques.
