Component Inspection using CMM

CMM Checking

ATS UK has a dedicated inspection facility at its Maidstone division. Using our 3 CMM machines, we offer inspections ranging from ISIRs, cap studies, and R&R reports through to simple component inspection. Modern 3D software enables parts to be checked directly with the original CAD data. All these services can be supplied with our prototype parts or on a subcontract basis.

Exacting inspection by Stiefelmayer CMM machines with a measuring envelope of 3000 x 1500 x 1500mm provides point to point surface inspection data with direct links to the CAD division.
