- Service
Our aim is to provide an efficient and rapid response
to all enquiries, written or verbal and to be available,
at very short notice, to meet you on-site either at
your premises or ours, should you wish to discuss
either ongoing or new projects.
- Advice
As part of our commitment to provide the best possible
solutions, where applicable, we will always offer
design changes or alternative production methods if
we feel they are in the clients best interest.
- Reactivity
It is important to be able to react to changes required
on a project, especially prototype projects, in the
shortest possible time. We strive to react to changes
with a minimum of fuss whilst maintaining minimal
disruption to the timing plan.
- Reliability
One of the most important requirements when dealing
with clients. A measure of our reliability is 80%
of our client base have come back to us with more
business at a later date.
- Quality
We are fully conversant with OEM's quality standards
and are able to achieve the standards they set. We
also provide APQP paperwork, R&R Studies and Process
Capability Studies when required.
